Attendance / Cancellations / Schedule Changes:
All students must notify the Kenosha Conservatory of Music to:
Cancel a lesson
Request a reschedule
Change weekly lesson time
Withdraw from lessons (Two week notice required. You will be charged for the last two weeks of lessons)
All schedule changes must be received via phone, email, text or schedule change form (located at front counter). A mandatory seven day notice is required to reschedule any private lesson. Requests given within the mandatory seven day notice will not be granted.
All students are expected to attend scheduled lessons. Failure to attend scheduled lessons will result in forfeit of the missed lesson and fees paid for the lesson.
A two week written notice is required to withdraw from private lessons. Students will be charged for the remaining two weeks once notice is given. Lack of attendance will not be considered a two week notice.

Tuition / Registration:
Tuition rates are based on our current monthly fee for private lessons. Tuition can be paid by the year, quarterly, every other month or monthly.All tuition rates are locked in for the entire term students are actively enrolled in private lessons. Students that withdraw or suspend lessons and re-enroll at a later date will be subject to the current tuition rates. Please contact us for our current New Student and Returning Student tuition rates.
All tuition payments are due by the 7th day of each new month. Past due tuition payments will be subject to a 10% late fee. We do not charge weekly lesson fees but rather we divide our yearly tuition into 12 equal monthly payments. Our tuition payments do not change for months containing 3, 4 or 5 weeks of lessons.
All enrolling students must first register with the Kenosha Conservatory of Music. A one time registration fee of $25 will be charged after all trial periods are completed.
Payments may be made in Cash, Checks or Online Bill Pay. Please add the students first and last name to all payment memos. Payment envelopes can be found at front counter.

The Kenosha Conservatory of Music schedules private lessons weekly throughout the entire year. The studio will be closed for all weeks that contain a Holiday (no lessons or classes will be scheduled). If the Holiday falls on a weekend please see our online Academic Calendar to determine when the studio will be closed.
Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.
Extreme Weather / Snow Days:
The Kenosha Conservatory of Music will cancel lessons due to extreme weather / snow days.
All extreme weather / snow days will be determined by the Kenosha Conservatory of Music. We do not follow any other Schools, Businesses or Public Services when determining to cancel lessons due to weather.
All extreme weather / snow days will be posted on our Web Site, Facebook, Twitter and other Local Media outlets. If there is any question to whether or not we are canceling lessons please check all available outlets before coming in.
All canceled lessons will be rescheduled at a later date. Rescheduled dates will be posted on our information board and monthly news letters. No credit will be given for extreme weather / snow days.
Instructors / Substitute Instructors:
The Kenosha Conservatory of Music will provide qualified instructors for all scheduled lessons. If an instructor is unable to attend a scheduled lesson we will proceed with the following process:
1) Call in a substitute to teach scheduled lessons.
2) Reschedule missed lessons on your weekly instructors schedule. (based on availability)
3) Reschedule missed lessons on another instructors schedule. (based on availability)
Family Vacations / Other Activities:
Students that wish to reschedule lessons due to family vacations and other activities must follow our mandatory seven day notice policy. All request must be given via phone, email, text or schedule change form (located at front counter). Requests given within the mandatory seven day notice will not be granted.
Contact Information / Communication:
It is the students responsibility to keep the Kenosha Conservatory of Music informed of any changes in their address, phone and contact information. In case of an emergency we will use the contact information that is on file. We are not responsible if contact information is incorrect or not updated.
